Kerry County Councillor calls for stickers promoting social distancing to be issued to all households

A Kerry County Councillor is calling on the Government to issue stickers with the message 'stay 2 metres apart' to all households. Fianna Fáil

A Kerry County Councillor is calling on the Government to issue stickers with the message 'stay 2 metres apart' to all households.

Fianna Fáil Councillor Michael Cahill made the call, stating there's a need to constantly remind each other of the highly infectious and dangerous disease in our midst.

He says with students returning to schools and workplaces of all sizes open, he believes everyone needs reminding of social distancing guidelines.

Cllr Cahill it's very easy for our guard to slip and feels such a sticker or badge would help keep people vigilant.
