Kerry County Council has been urged to provide more newsletters and literature within its mobile library in Irish.
Sinn Féin councillor Robert Brosnan made the request at the recent meeting of the Castleisland-Corca Dhuibhne MD.
He stated the addition of such material “as Gaeilge” would allow better engagement for communities in Corca Dhuibhne with events and local government systems.

In response the council said it can provide PPN newsletters and relevant literature through its mobile library service.
