The council is investigating an alleged breach of planning laws at a location being used as a quarry in South Kerry.

Kerry County Council's planning enforcement unit has an active and current enforcement file in relation to activities at Bunadereen, Dromid.

Michael F Quirke & Sons' website states that the company has a quarry at this location.

The company says it has no comment at this time.
