Kerry Airport says it is aware of a scam that is falsely claiming flights have been cancelled due to a fuel shortage.
A spokesperson for the airport says this false information is circulating on messaging platforms.
They say this is entirely false and flights are operating as normal to and from Kerry Airport.
The Farranfore-based airport is urging customers to always check its website or the airline’s website for accurate and up-to-date flight information.
The spokesperson also says airlines always will contact passengers if there are any changes to their flights, similar to during times of bad weather.
