A Kerry auctioneer says he has never seen such a low supply of houses on the market as there is currently.
John Daly of Sean Daly Sherry Fitzgerald, Kenmare says many properties were bought last year, which left few on the market for 2021.
He also says COVID-19 restrictions impacted on an auctioneer's ability to engage with vendors on the ground.
