Kerry County Council is renewing its appeal for vacant properties.
The council says the owners of such properties can engage in several leasing options with it including the Repair and Lease Scheme and Long-Term Leasing.
The local authority has also issued a specific appeal to the owners of vacant one-bedroom properties in the county.

Kerry County Council says it is interested in buying these types of properties which are in high demand among approved applicants on its housing list.
