The Irish Naval Service is continuing to monitor a suspected Russian "shadow fleet" tanker that was spotted off the Kerry coast.
The cargo vessel "Arne" was anchored near Foynes port around 7am yesterday.
The ship had been boarded by German federal police on February 26th over suspicion of damage to sub sea cables or energy pipelines in the Baltic Sea.
The tanker left Irish territorial waters before 4.30 yesterday afternoon and is currently located off the southwest coast of England.
