More than 350 delegates from all over Ireland and the UK are due to arrive in Kerry today for the start of a three-day Toastmasters conference in Tralee.
The conference is hosted by District 71 Toastmasters International and takes place from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10 at the Rose Hotel.
Events over the three days include an International Speech competition, workshops and a number of guest speakers, including Ireland soccer legend Packie Bonner.
An Anglo-Celtic night which is open to the public, kicks off proceedings at the Rose Hotel tonight (Thursday) at 8pm.
