The HSE is set to launch a new online feedback platform for Kerry and Cork patients.
The platform will allow the public to share their healthcare experiences in a more accessible way.
An independent moderation team will review the feedback and the HSE will respond after consulting staff.

Both the patient stories and responses will be published online and it will run alongside the existing “Your Service Your Say” platform.
Last year “Your Service Your Say” received 16,400 complaints - an 11% increase from 2023.
