Killarney native Jessie Buckley is up for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her role as Agnes Shakespeare in Hamnet.

Her co-star Paul Mescal is up for the Best Actor accolade.
The nomination follows a successful awards season for Buckley, with Critics Choice, Golden Globe and most recently IFTAs success.
She has also been nominated for an Academy Award for her role in Hamnet, with the ceremony to take place on March 15th.
