The High Court has appointed liquidator to Killarney Brewing & Distilling Company.
The court appointed James Anderson of Deloitte yesterday.
Mr Anderson had already been the existing examiner for the company which last week announced it would cease operations, with the loss of over 50 jobs.
Last April, Mr Anderson was appointed interim examiner of Killarney Brewing & Distilling Company.
In a statement at the time, the company cited ongoing geopolitical uncertainty and the recent withdrawal of a potential U.S.-based merger partner as key factors behind the decision to enter examinership.
It had been hoped that examinership would help secure the company’s future by attracting new investment.
