Gardaí are investigating the assault of a man in Listowel.
The incident occurred at College Cross at around 9 o'clock on Wednesday evening.
A man, who’s aged in his forties, received non-life threatening injuries and was taken to University Hospital Kerry.

Listowel gardaí say no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
