Gardaí in Tralee are investigating an alleged public order incident in the Ballymullen area.
An Garda Síochána received reports of the incident on Sunday last, June 8th at around noon.
It’s understood a man trespassed within Ballymullen Barracks and it's alleged began videoing residents in the facility.
In December, the Department of Integration confirmed the former army barracks was to be used to house international protection applicants.
The department says it takes the safety and wellbeing of residents in international protection accommodation very seriously.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
