Gardaí have travelled to Jordan to liaise with local authorities after a person of interest in the Jamey Carney murder investigation was arrested there.
The 42-year-old a mother of one from the United States, was found dead at her home in Killarney in Kerry on July 7th.
Gardaí believe a 28-year-old Jordanian national, who was known to Ms Carney, left Ireland shortly after her death and is now being detained in Jordan.
