Gardaí have confirmed to Radio Kerry that they have been made aware of an incident where a man was walking around naked in Abbeydorney yesterday.
Video footage circulated on social media of a man behaving erratically in the North Kerry village.
The Garda press office confirmed that the incident occurred yesterday shortly after 3pm.

They said that the man is receiving appropriate treatment and no further information is available at this time.
