Gardaí are appealing for information after an alleged assault in Tralee on Friday evening.
A man was allegedly assaulted by two men on Castlemaine Road in the town at around 5:45pm last Friday, the 11th of June.
The two men had approached him as he sat on a bench in the area, before carrying out the alleged unprovoked assault.

The victim sustained minor facial injuries as a result, and Garda Murphy is urging anyone who was in the area or witnessed anything suspicious to contact Tralee gardaí.
