Gardaí appeal for public’s help after tourist loses purse containing significant sum of cash in Dingle

Gardaí in West Kerry are appealing for the public’s assistance after a tourist lost a purse containing a significant sum of money.

The American tourist lost her leather coin wallet in Dingle on Thursday afternoon.

She visited the Green Street, Main Street and the Mall areas of Dingle town, and last had the purse at around 4.30pm yesterday.

It’s described as a leather coin wallet, in red and blue in colour; and contained a significant amount of cash in both Euro and US dollars.
