A new fund worth €300,000 is now open to landowners within Valentia Island’s Transatlantic Cable Ensemble.
This pilot World Heritage Strategic Investment Fund can be used for the conservation, maintenance, protection and promotion of archaeological and built heritage within the site.
The scheme will be managed by the National Monuments Service and landowners can apply for funding through Kerry County Council.
