Four Kerry entities have been forced to pay almost €1 million (€964,363) to the Revenue Commissioners.
They were included in the most recent List of Tax Defaulters, published by Revenue this afternoon.
The list covers the period 1 July to 30 September 2025.
Company director and PAYE employee, Helena Moore of Brentfield, Island Road in Fenit, was found to have under-declared Income Tax when Revenue conducted an audit.
Her total settlement was for over €683,000 (€683,369), including over €168,000 (€168,352) in interest and almost €119,000 (€118,849) in penalties.
Freight transportation service provider, Dingle Transport Limited of Unit 3, Trabeg Business Park in Dingle, underwent a Level 2 audit, which is used for more complex tax matters.
Revenue found an under-declaration of payroll taxes, specifically PAYE, PRSI and USC.
The total settlement amounted to over €166,000 (€166,398), including almost €27,000 (€26,962) in interest and almost €60,000 (€59,758) in penalties.
Company director and landlord, F. Rowland Blennerhassett of Sea Meadow, Cappanacush East, Templenoe in Kenmare, was found to have under-declared Capital Gains Tax (CGT) when Revenue carried out an audit.
Revenue is demanding a total settlement of almost €115,000 (€114,596), all of which remained unpaid as of 30 September 2025, including almost €33,000 (€32,576) in interest and over €23,000 (€23,434) in penalties.
Meanwhile, LAM Catering Limited, trading as Vendrick’s Restaurant at 3–4 The Courtyard, Fairhill in Killarney, was found guilty of operating without a valid, up-to-date liquor licence.
It received a court fine of €850.
