Four deaths and 98 new cases of COVID-19 in Ireland

Four more people have died from COVID-19 in Ireland, with 98 more cases of the disease confirmed. There are no new cases in Kerry,

Four more people have died from COVID-19 in Ireland, with 98 more cases of the disease confirmed.

There are no new cases in Kerry, the number of cases in the county remains at 318.

These additional deaths bring the death toll from coronavirus nationally to 1,772, while the number of confirmed cases now stands at 26,470.

Of the new 98 cases, 35 are in Co Kildare, 26 in Offaly, and five in Laois – the three counties where lockdown measure have been re-introduced.
