The former Talbot Grove building in Castleisland has been put on the market.
The five-bedroom property including the land, which is 5.45 acres in total, is up for €525,000.
There's also the option to purchase it in two separate lots; the house on 3 acres (€375,000) or 2.45 acres of land (€150,000).

The alcoholism and addiction rehab treatment centre, now known as The Grove, relocated to Ardfert to comply with social distancing guidelines last August.
