Former Rose of Tralee winner Dr. Clare Kambamettu has been confirmed as one of the judges for this year's competition.
The clinical psychologist is engaged to former Late Late Show presenter and Rose of Tralee host Ryan Tubridy.
The 2010 Rose of Tralee winner will join RTÉ presenter Nuala Carey, Aisling Murphy of sponsor Murphy’s New Homes, and fashion designer Don O’Neill on the judging panel.
This year’s Roses are in Dublin for the official press launch of the festival, as part of the Rose Tour today.
The festival will begin on Friday and the 2025 Rose of Tralee will be crowned on Tuesday, August 19th.
In other festival news, today is the last day of Puck Fair, also known as Scattering Day.
On the last day of the festival, King Puck is dethroned and the festival closes with a midnight fireworks display.
This year Scattering Day will hold the The Cattle Fair, which operates under the charter granted in 1613.
