A former manager of a hotel in Killarney has been appointed to Fáilte Ireland's National Tourism Development Authority.
Dr Donagh Davern is among 5 new members to the authority.
He previously managed the Killarney Park Hotel.

He is currently a lecturer in the Department of Tourism and hospitality at MTU.
The appointments follow a public call for applications and an assessment process.
