A former Kerry footballer has welcomed the lifting of restrictions for outdoor sports.
Outdoor events can return to full capacity today, in a big boost to sports fans.
Until now, they were limited to a 50 per cent attendance, or 5,000 spectators.

Former All-Ireland winning Kerry captain, Darran O'Sullivan, says it's very welcome the cap is removed.
