A former CEO of Dairymaster has been named as Vice-President of Engineers Ireland.
Professor Edmond Harty was inaugurated at the professional membership body's AGM last night. (Thursday June 3rd)
Engineers Ireland is the statutory and regulatory body for all disciplines of professional engineering.

A former EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Professor Edmond Harty is an Adjunct Full Professor at the UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering.
He is also currently Chair of the Board of Directors of AgriTech Centre of Excellence, a Governor of the Irish Times Trust and the Chair of the Board of Governors at Pallaskenry Agricultural College.
