A landmark family-run business on the Tralee-Fenit Greenway is celebrating 50 years in business.
The Tankard Bar & Restaurant in Kilfenora, Fenit has been owned by the O’Sullivan family since 1976.
It began as a dancehall, bar and fuel pumps in 1976, and converted to a restaurant and bar in 1982.

Despite being known for its fine dining offering, a weekly community card game still runs every Tuesday night after 50 years.
