People around the world are being invited to join in Killarney's virtual St Patrick's Day celebration.

The town's famous buildings are to be turned green to mark the occasion and artworks completed by children and adults, prior to the pandemic, are being placed on the tower of St Mary's Church of Ireland.

People around the globe are asked to send photographs through social media of their own celebrations; the best picture will win accommodation in Killarney for the 2022 festival.
