All European countries need to do more to combat financial crime.
That's according to Oliver Bullough, investigative journalist and author of Moneyland: The Inside Story of the Crooks and Kleptocrats Who Rule the World.
He says European countries are doing far too little to clamp down on so-called dirty money - money obtained illegally - which is financing cyber attacks such as that on the HSE and Department of Health.
He adds resources need to be provided to law enforcement agencies to trace the origins of money, and European countries have the money to do it.
