EURO-TOQUES IRELAND FOOD AWARDS 2025: HONOURING IRELAND’S KITCHEN TABLE held at The Ashford Castle Estate, Mayo on 26th May 2025. Dingle Sea Salt – Kerry were the winners of the WATER award. Tom Leach and Moe McKeown on the Dingle Peninsula, Dingle Sea Salt produces Ireland’s first solar-evaporated sea salt using a fully off-grid, low-impact system powered by sun and wind. Their premium, mineral-rich salt is a reflection of their deep environmental ethos and commitment to innovation and local identity.

A West Kerry food company has won a prestigious national culinary award.

Dingle Sea Salt Co. scooped the 2025 Euro Toque Food prize in the Water category.

It was recognised for its innovative, sustainable Atlantic-harvested sea-salt, which uses an off-grid, low carbon process.

The judges said Dingle Sea Salt Co's product reflects innovation, sustainability, and a strong sense of place.

The awards took place at Ashford Castle in Mayo recently.
