Derelict site levy demand-notices issued for seven properties in Killarney MD

Derelict site levy demand-notices have been issued for seven properties within Killarney Municipal District (MD).

They have been deemed to be in such bad condition that it takes away from the character, look or amenities of the area.

The properties have also been entered into the Derelict Sites Register.

The levy is 7% of the land’s market value.

The total levy demand for Killarney MD in 2026 amounts to €61,950.
