Yesterday Michael Healy-Rae resigned as Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture to vote no confidence in the Government.
Minister Norma Foley had said the Government's deal with the two Healy-Raes was that both were required to support the coalition.
This implies that when Danny indicated he was voting against the Government on Monday, that ended the deal which included the junior ministry.
