A cross-border creative health and wellbeing event hosted by Creative Ireland Kerry took place in Tralee this week.
Weaving Worlds Together had over 100 participants, 8 craft makers, and community development partners, from across Ireland to celebrate creativity and cultural heritage through traditional Irish crafts.
The two-day event comprised of a welcome dinner in the Rose Hotel on October 14th, followed by a full day of workshops and creative sessions the following day.
Activities focused on seasonal willow and textile creations in professional-led workshops.

Weaving Worlds Together is a collaboration between Creative Ireland Kerry, the Family Resource Centres National Forum, the Healthy Living Centre Alliance in Northern Ireland, and the HSE South West.
Family resource centres in Ballyheigue, Listowel and Kenmare, as well as the Waterville Men's Shed are some of the ten centres across Ireland that delivered over one hundred workshops in traditional crafting between May and October of this year.
