Councillor criticises Irish Rail for lack of information around additional trains to Kerry game

An Independent councillor has criticised Irish Rail for the lack of information surrounding additional trains for Kerry’s game this weekend.

Cllr Niall “Botty” O’Callaghan says he can’t understand how the company can have enough capacity for the Cork supporters last weekend, but don’t this weekend for Kerry.

The Kingdom face Tyrone in the All-Ireland Semi-Final in Croke Park at 5PM on Saturday.

Íarnród Éireann states it has issues relating to extra resources but this should be resolved by tomorrow.

Cllr O’Callaghan says if Irish Rail can announce additional trains for the All-Ireland Hurling Final next weekend, it should have extra services in place for Kerry supporters this weekend.
