Kerry County Council says distance markers will be installed along the Tralee-Fenit greenway soon.
The information was provided in response to a motion from Fianna Fáil councillor, Anne O’Sullivan at the recent full council meeting.
She urged the council to install the markers to give accurate location details in the event of an emergency or assistance matter.

In response the council advised such markers are in place along the Listowel-Abbeyfeale greenway.
It added it’s in the process of procuring distance marker plates for the Tralee-Fenit greenway, to be installed in coming months.
