Kerry County Council is engaging with landowners for the provision of car parks in areas of West Kerry.
The information was provided in response to a motion from Fianna Fáil councillor Breandán Fitzgerald at the recent MD meeting.
He sought an update on plans for Minard car park, Lispole; Faha car park, An Clóchan; Annascaul; and Baile na nGall.

The council advised it’s seeking suitable lands in each location for the provision of long term or seasonal parking.
Kerry County Council says it has not secured a suitable site at Cloghane, while it continues to engage with landowners in Minard.
