Cork Airport experiences busiest day in 15 years

Cork Airport recorded its busiest July since 2008.

Almost 301,000 passengers flew to and from Munster’s busiest airport.

Last month’s passenger traffic at Cork Airport represented a 13% increase on July 2022.

CEO of the DAA, Kenny Jacobs reckons that the wet weather prompted passengers to book last minute holidays.
