Fenit Coast Conservation (FCC) has installed a new dune crossover boardwalk at Fenit Island Tombolo.
The group, which promotes stewardship of the area’s coastline, says it will protect the critical coastal barrier and the dune ecosystem.
FCC states the boardwalk will aid the existing low-lying dune crosspath at Fenit Island car park.

The group says it’s the newest in a series of nature-based climate adaptation strategies.
