The Children’s Minister and Kerry Fianna Fáil TD Norma Foley will vote against a proposal to end the three day wait for an abortion.
This is despite the Taoiseach, Tánaiste and Health Minister indicating they will vote for the bill to pass through the Dáil.
The change is being tabled by Sinn Féin this evening, and TDs have a free vote on the issue.
