Chernobyl Children International Tralee has teamed up with the Rose of Tralee International Festival to deliver humanitarian aid to a Ukrainian orphanage.
The orphanage was forced to relocate to Łódź in Poland, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, four years ago.
George and Mary Sugrue, Jeraldine McCarthy, and Emily Clarke from Chernobyl Children International Tralee are working at the orphanage alongside the charity's Kilkenny branch.
Rose of Tralee International Festival director Suzan O'Gara, as well as the Kerry Rose Laura Daly, and other Roses and escorts joined them in Poland.
Meanwhile, the Irish ambassador to Poland, Patrick Haughey, is visiting the relocated Ukrainian facility today to meet the volunteers and see their work.
