Manager of St Vincent De Paul's (SVP) order fulfilment center in Tralee, Junior Locke, says the dumping of bags of clothes is a huge problem.
He says people with good intentions don't realise that bags of donations left outside charity shops or clothes banks must be dumped.
People who leave bags outdoors like this may not realise that they are liable to be prosecuted for littering.
