People throughout Kerry, and Kerry people abroad, are being asked to play a role in rebuilding the tourism industry in the county.

Over the month of May Radio Kerry will be leading an initiative with Kerry County Council, the Kerry Tourism Industry Federation and other representative bodies aimed at supporting the sector.

The Big Invite aims to get people across the county, and abroad, showcasing what Kerry has to offer and personally inviting extended family and friends to visit the Kingdom when it is safe to do so.

For people who have family and friends living abroad listeners are being asked to personally invite them to put Kerry on their to do list for when international travel opens up again.

Listeners are also being asked to make short 45 second videos of their favourite part of Kerry and share them on their social media using the hashtags Radio Kerry and Discover Kerry.
