The Agriculture Minister is facing calls to introduce legislation which would ban dog walking around farm lands on hills.
Farmers have witnessed their sheep being chased and attacked by dogs who are off their lead.
It's claimed over 3 thousand sheep are attacked every year, with many being killed as a result.
