Bank of Ireland is planning free fraud awareness events in nine counties including Kerry.
It's working alongside Gardaí in an effort to educate the public about scammers and how they work.
Research by Bank of Ireland recently found 90 percent of people have received a fraudulent message.

The Kerry event will be held in the Tralee branch on May 23rd at 8:30am.
