Bank of Ireland apologises for ATM outages in Tralee

The Bank of Ireland has apologised for problems with its ATMs in Tralee town centre over the bank holiday weekend.

The company says both its ATMS on Castle Street were out of order as a result of a technical fault.

Bank of Ireland says it will make every effort, including heightened monitoring, to maximise the availability of ATMs in Tralee throughout the year.

It says it takes any disruption of its services very seriously.
