Average property price in Kerry increases by €17,500 in three months

The average price of a property in Kerry has risen by €17,500 in three months.

That’s according to the latest report from MyHome.ie in association with Bank of Ireland, for the thrid quarter of 2025.

It shows the median cost of a house in Kerry between July and September was €270,000.

This represents a rise of over 7% quarter-on-quarter, from €252,000.

On average, the report shows, the price of a home in the county increased by €20,000 in the last year (or 8%).
