The average price for a one-bed apartment in Kerry has jumped by over 36% in a year.
That’s according to the Daft.ie House Price Report for the fourth quarter of 2025.
It shows nationally, the average list price of a house rose by 5.5% during the year.
Meanwhile, the median cost for a four-bedroom home in Kerry jumped by almost 10% during the period.
The figures show that in the final quarter of 2025, the average price of a four-bedroom detached house in Kerry was €433,000, up 9.9%.
A 5-bed detached home had a median cost of over half a million euro (€504,000), an almost 4% rise.
In the twelve months to December, the median price of a newly built home in the county increased by 10% to €285,000.
The average price for a 3-bed detached unit jumped by 14.7% in the year to €323,000.
3-bed semi detached homes rose by 11.3% to €293,000, while the average cost of 4-bed semi-d was €317,000.
The cost of a 3-bed terraced house in Kerry increased by over 16% to €270,000, while the figures show a 4-bed terraced home in the county is priced at €261,000.
Meanwhile, the Daft report shows 1-bed apartments in the Kingdom had the highest jump, up 37% in the year to €279,000.
There was a 7% rise in the average price of a 2-bed apartment, to €232,000.
