Astellas is to invest a further €129 million in its Irish operations in Kerry and Dublin over the next three years.
The global pharmaceutical company is currently building a new state-of-the-art €330 million facility in Tralee and has an existing facility in Killorglin.
The Tralee facility will create 120 new jobs, while more than 500 workers will be involved in its construction.
