An Bórd Pleanála upholds retention permission for single storey machinery building near Firies

An Bórd Pleanála has upheld a decision to grant retention permission for a single storey machinery building near Firies.

Richard Sheridan sought permission from Kerry County Council to retain a single storey building, used for storing landscaping machinery, an access roadway, and ancillary site works at Ballyfinnane.

The local authority granted retention permission last October subject to three conditions, but this decision was appealed by Michael Horgan.

An Bórd Pleanála has upheld the decision to grant retention permission, with revised conditions.
