Almost 1,500 new cases of COVID-19

The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been notified of 1,499 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

As of 8am today, 300 COVID-19 patients are in hospital which is down 10 on yesterday.

63 patients with the virus are in ICU - a decrease of three compared to the same time yesterday.
