A new €4.5 million imaging centre has opened in Tralee.

Alliance Medical, which provides diagnostic healthcare services, opened the outpatient imaging centre at Manor West, Tralee.

It says this new centre represents a major expansion of community diagnostic services in the region, providing patients with faster access to high-quality imaging closer to home.

MRI, CT, x-ray, ultrasound and DEXA scans are all available at the centre, and the company says it’s an investment in the future of healthcare in Kerry and reinforces their commitment to the region.

The centre was officially opened by Minister Norma Foley.
